Speaking of the Lensbaby, Beau Photo is holding its first ever Lensbaby workshop in Vancouver on Friday November 7 – Saturday November 8.
On Friday, there will be a meet and greet with Kirsten Hunter of Lensbaby. Bring a couple of your Lensbaby photos and enjoy some snacks and refreshments. On Saturday, the workshop takes place. It will include a slide show and video presentation of various styles and effects you can achieve with Lensbabies,. Later that day during the instructional section of the workshop, you will learn to use a Lensbaby, and will be displayed during a show and tell segment. Canon, Nikon, LPL, Pentax and Sony mounts will be available, as well as Lensbabies for still and video cameras.
The event is free of charge, but you must RSVP to Ken at Beau Photo (604.734.7771) to reserve a spot. Be sure to tell him if you’re shooting video, film, or digital based still camera, and what kind of camera you’ll be using.
