Several people whom I love and respect are Hillary Clinton supporters. I would ask these people whom I love and respect to defend Senator Clinton’s tepid response to Geraldine Ferraro’s now infamous comments about Senator Obama’s worthiness. I would ask these people to explain the Clinton campaign’s assertion that Senator Obama would be an excellent choice for vice-president and the labyrinthine logic that led them to this conclusion — especially in light of their candidate’s current position in the race to gather delegates.
I would ask them, but Keith Olbermann has asked these questions far better and more eloquently than I ever could.
