If money were no object (and these days it’s objecting like a mother), I’d register for The Northern Short Course in Photojournalism.

The course, which takes place on March 13-15, 2008 in Rochester, NY includes workshops on lighting, Photoshop skills, business practices, and multimedia among others. In addition, a series of special events will be held at the George Eastman House: I’d love to see Eli Reed’s Black in America exhibit.

You can register for individual days, but if you register for all three days, you get a discount. The cost for three-day registration is $200 for NPPA members, $275 for non-members, and $125 for students.
